What is the latest I can order for same day pickup?
- 9am. No guarantee on fresh bread unless you order by 6pm the day before.
What time can I pick up my order?
- You will be notified as soon as it's ready. We aim to have all orders packed by midday.
What if I can't get there before the shop closes? [8am-6pm]
- Please let us know in advance so that we can collect your payment details. Your order will be waiting for you next to our coolroom at the front of the shop once it has been paid for.
Can I order more than once a week?
- Yes of course!\
Something says "unavailable" , when will it be back in?
- Chances are it's just about to arrive. We are a zero waste store so keep our stocks right on the edge of necessary. The only reason you can get whatever you want, whenever you want from bigger chain stores is because they over order to keep the shelves full but chuck away millions of dollars of food each year. What model do you want to support?
What is the fee for ordering?
- $5 per order. No minimum.
Do I pay when I order?
- No. We have to weigh all the fresh produce accurately so you will pay when you pick up your box. The price you receive from our website can be regarded as a quote. We will get your final total as close as possible.
Can I add items when I come in?
- Yes of course
Can I take items out or change my order once I see how much I've ordered?
- Yes of course
Can you guarantee that I'll get everything I order?
- We'll do our best but don't promise that everything will be in stock all the time.
Can I use my own bags/boxes etc?
- Yes, and we'll help you repack if we're not too busy.
Do you take your packing boxes and ice packs back?
- Definitely! Please bring them with you on your next visit.
